PHASE ONEOur initial goal is to purchase the remaining Whistle Peace properties in 2023. At that time, we will begin laying out the walking trails and renovations to 1226 Misty Ln to transform the home into a Community Clubhouse! We will reshape the backyard to include a courtyard and a terrace that are all picture perfect for parties, ceremonies, and receptions. The Courtyard will comfortably host 150 for an outdoor ceremony or banquet reception.
PHASE TWOIn addition to being one of the iconic communities in Hickory, NC, the property is also conveniently located for youth and community retreats. We seek to extend zoning to include agricultural distribution for serving food and bev by farming the land and building a beautiful event space. Whistle Peace is spacious and versatile, a turn-key option for your retreat needs. This lakefront getaway will allow attendees an enriching environment for discussions and team building.
